This is a very unique 'one of a kind' piece of statement jewellery or wearable art. Handmade from Sterling 925 and Argentium 940 Silver. This necklace features a beautiful Australian opal triplet cabochon as its focal point. The opal has a blue base with a variety of flashes, ranging from red, pink, green, orange and turquoise. The opal has a magical depth of colour that changes depending on how the light catches the stone.
The main part of the necklace is oval in shape with an arched band of silver across the centre. The silver band is scattered with tiny balls of silver. The silver has been hammered using one of my favourite vintage hammers to create a beautiful sparkly texture and it has all been polished to a bright shine to finish.
This is a truly unique and original piece of hand crafted artisan jewellery. Statement jewellery designed to attract attention.
The necklace fastens with a handmade hook and ring fastener. I have also included a 7cm extension chain so that the necklace can be made longer if desired.
This is a substantial piece of jewellery weighing just over 35 grams.
HALLMARK: Full London Assay Office hallmark, including my makers mark 'ARC' and the 2023 King Charles commemorative mark. The hallmark is your guarantee of the silver quality and purity.
SIZE: The oval central focal point of the necklace is 5.7cm wide and 4.8cm high. The chain on either side is approx. 20cm (40cm in total) + 2cm hook. The extension chain is 7cm long. Total length (with extension chain) is just under 55cm long or 48cm without the extension chain. The opal is 16mm x 12mm.

MATERIAL: Argentium Silver 940, Sterling Silver 925. Australian opal triplet cabochon. Opal triplet is made from three layers. Black onyx forms the base (and helps to enhance the colours), opal in the middle and a cap of clear quartz on top to protect the opal.
